Instructions
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package or homemade directions and let it cool slightly.
Bake puff pastry until golden and crisp, then break into pieces, or prepare coarse cookie crumbs.
Sweeten crumbs lightly with sugar if needed.
Layer pudding, pastry or crumbs, and whipped cream into clear glasses.
Repeat layers until glasses are full and finish with whipped cream and toppings.
Notes
Add crunchy layers just before serving for best texture.
