Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream
  • 1.5 cups puff pastry pieces or cookie crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare vanilla pudding according to package or homemade directions and let it cool slightly.
  • Bake puff pastry until golden and crisp, then break into pieces, or prepare coarse cookie crumbs.
  • Sweeten crumbs lightly with sugar if needed.
  • Layer pudding, pastry or crumbs, and whipped cream into clear glasses.
  • Repeat layers until glasses are full and finish with whipped cream and toppings.

Notes

Add crunchy layers just before serving for best texture.
