Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed biscuits or cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup sugar (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 cup nuts, dried fruit, or coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • Crush biscuits into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin.
  • Melt butter and chocolate chips together over low heat until smooth.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, sugar if using, and milk until glossy.
  • Remove from heat and mix in biscuit crumbs and optional add-ins.
  • Shape mixture into a log on parchment, wrap tightly, and chill at least 2 hours.

Notes

Chill thoroughly before slicing for best texture and clean cuts.
