Instructions
Crush biscuits into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin.
Melt butter and chocolate chips together over low heat until smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, sugar if using, and milk until glossy.
Remove from heat and mix in biscuit crumbs and optional add-ins.
Shape mixture into a log on parchment, wrap tightly, and chill at least 2 hours.
Notes
Chill thoroughly before slicing for best texture and clean cuts.
