Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
Combine milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion, garlic, and seasonings in a bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, vegetables if using, and ground meat. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape into a loaf and place in pan or on baking sheet.
Mix glaze ingredients and spread half over the meatloaf. Bake 45–55 minutes.
Spread remaining glaze on top during last 10 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Mix gently and let the meatloaf rest before slicing for best results.
