Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a casserole dish.
  • Combine cream soup and garlic in a bowl, thinning with 2–3 tablespoons water if needed.
  • Layer half the potatoes in the dish, spread half the soup mixture, then repeat.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
  • Cover and bake 45–55 minutes until potatoes are tender. Uncover for last 10 minutes to brown.

Notes

Cover while baking to soften potatoes, then uncover to brown the cheese.
