Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
Mash apple pie filling lightly in a large bowl.
Add cake mix, eggs, flour, cinnamon, and chopped apple if using. Mix until combined.
Divide batter evenly between pans and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Bake 35–45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Lightly mash the apple filling for even texture and avoid overmixing the batter.
