Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1.5 cups shredded carrots
  • 1.5 cups chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced radishes (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
  • 1.5 cups croutons (optional)
  • 1 cup creamy dressing of choice

Instructions

  • Spread shredded lettuce evenly across the bottom of a clear serving bowl.
  • Layer tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and radishes over the lettuce.
  • Add shredded cheese, red onion, bacon bits, and croutons if using.
  • Pour dressing evenly over the top layer.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes. Toss gently before serving or serve layered.

Notes

For best results, keep croutons and delicate toppings separate until serving.
