Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain well.
Mash potatoes with warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic briefly.
Sprinkle flour over beef, then slowly add broth while stirring.
Simmer until thick, season, and fold in peas and carrots.
Notes
