Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup sugar (cream cheese layer)
  • 1 large egg (cream cheese layer)
  • 0.25 cup flour (streusel)
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar (streusel)
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter (streusel)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk or yogurt, and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder, then fold in blueberries.
  • Whisk cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  • Pour half the batter into pan, add cream cheese layer, top with remaining batter, and gently swirl.
  • Mix streusel ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake 55–65 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Cool completely before slicing for clean layers.
