Instructions
Boil potatoes until tender, then drain and cool.
Combine potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion in a large bowl.
Add pickles or relish if using.
Stir in mayonnaise and mustard until creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with paprika if desired.
