Instructions
Line a square pan with parchment or foil.
Melt chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nuts, and salt if using.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares.
Notes
Use low heat to keep the fudge smooth.
