Instructions
Place 6 hard-boiled eggs in a large food processor. Cut the remaining 6 in half and add the yolks to the processor, reserving the whites.
Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and half the chives. Blend until smooth.
Chop the reserved egg whites and fold them into the blended mixture.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining chives and paprika. Garnish with pickles if desired.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
Notes
Garnish with extra chives or paprika for added color. Serve chilled for best texture.
