Ingredients

  • 2–4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry potatoes, then prick each several times with a fork.
  • Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400°F for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
  • Slice open, fluff interior with fork, and add toppings as desired.
