Instructions
Wash and dry potatoes, then prick each several times with a fork.
Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
Slice open, fluff interior with fork, and add toppings as desired.
Notes
Best served immediately for maximum crispness.
