Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gently fold all ingredients except butter together in a bowl.
  • Form mixture into 6 crab cakes and chill 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook crab cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with lemon wedges and sauce.

Notes

Chill cakes before cooking for best results.
