Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 large egg, beaten (optional)
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush lightly with beaten egg if using, then sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Cut pastry into 1-inch squares or thin strips and transfer to baking sheet.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and deep golden. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while hot.

Notes

Best served warm. Egg wash is optional.
