frozen puff pastry, thawed

everything bagel seasoning

egg, beaten (optional)

flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Brush lightly with beaten egg if using, then sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
Cut pastry into 1-inch squares or thin strips and transfer to baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes until puffed and deep golden. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while hot.
Notes
Best served warm. Egg wash is optional.
