Instructions
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
Whisk flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Stir in cold water until a thin, smooth batter forms.
Dip chicken into batter, letting excess drip off.
Fry chicken for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
