Instructions
Melt white chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
Mix in powdered sugar until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Chill the mixture for 30–45 minutes until firm enough to handle.
Roll into balls and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
