Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sausages
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper directly in the baking dish.
  • Add sausages and sliced onion, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, basting halfway through with pan sauce.
  • Bake until sausages are cooked through and glaze is thick and glossy.

Notes

Double the sauce if serving over starches like potatoes or noodles.
