Ingredients

puff pastry, thawed

fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon

butter, melted

powdered sugar or glaze (optional)
Instructions
Mix sliced peaches with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll out puff pastry and spread a thin layer of peach filling over it.
Roll the pastry jelly-roll style, slice lengthwise, and twist into a cruffin shape.
Place each twisted pastry into a greased muffin tin.
Bake until golden brown and puffed.
Brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar or drizzle glaze if desired.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture. Serve warm for maximum flakiness.
