Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup butter or oil, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter (for frosting)
  • 3 tbsp milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and grease a baking sheet or pan.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add eggs, milk, melted butter or oil, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • While the cake cools, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk to make frosting.
  • Spread the peanut butter frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
