Instructions
Preheat the oven and grease a baking sheet or pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, melted butter or oil, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the cake cools, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk to make frosting.
Spread the peanut butter frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
