Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
Spread sliced peaches evenly in the dish and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Whisk flour, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour batter evenly over peaches without stirring.
Dot melted butter over the top.
Bake until golden and the pudding is set.
Cool slightly before serving.
