Instructions
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and toast fideo until golden.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in onion, garlic, and tomato. Cook until softened.
Add potatoes, water, and chicken flavor cubes.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
Notes
Add more water for a soupier texture or simmer longer for a thicker consistency.
