Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until tender.
Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in cream cheese until melted, then remove from heat.
Whisk mayonnaise and eggs together and mix into beef mixture.
Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with cheeses.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use shaved steak for a more authentic texture. Let the casserole rest before serving for cleaner slices.
