Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in butter until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in flour, then whisk in broth and milk until thickened.
Add chicken, peas, and seasonings. Simmer briefly and transfer to baking dish.
Scatter biscuit pieces over filling and bake until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Add biscuit pieces just before baking for best texture.
