Instructions
Combine shredded carrots, mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, raisins, pineapple, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Stir until ingredients are evenly coated and well mixed.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Chill for at least 1 hour for best flavor. Keeps up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
