Instructions
Mix mashed potatoes, cheeses, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
Roll mixture into evenly sized balls.
Dip balls in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Drain briefly and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra gooey centers, add a small cube of cheese inside each ball.
