Instructions
Brown ground meat in olive oil until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
Transfer mixture to slow cooker and add tomatoes, sauce, paste, broth, and seasonings.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning, serve over cooked spaghetti, and top with Parmesan.
Notes
This sauce tastes even better the next day as flavors deepen.
