Instructions
Cook bow tie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Brown the Italian sausage in a large skillet until fully cooked, then set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until softened.
Add tomatoes, marinara, seasoning, and cream if using, then simmer.
Return sausage and pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
Notes
Use spicy or sweet sausage depending on your preferred heat level.
