Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a pie pan and chill.
  • Beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Fold whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture and spread into the crust.
  • Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  • Spread chocolate layer over the filling and refrigerate until set.
