Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, then fold in apples.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
