Instructions
Pat the chicken wings dry, season with salt and pepper, and toss with oil.
Cook the wings using your preferred method until crisp and fully cooked.
Simmer pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and simmer until thick and glossy.
Toss the cooked wings with the warm pineapple glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra caramelization, brush with more glaze and broil briefly before serving.
