Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry, pound to even thickness, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Set up breading station with flour, egg wash, and Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with Parmesan breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges.
