Instructions
Pat chicken dry, pound to even thickness, and season with salt and pepper.
Set up breading station with flour, egg wash, and Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with Parmesan breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges.
