Instructions
Brown ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic until fragrant.
Add vegetables, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Stir in cooked rice, pasta, or potatoes until heated through.
Top with cheese, cover briefly, and let melt.
Serve warm with optional garnish.
