Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and any desired mix-ins.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, then slice.
