Ingredients

Instructions
Peel and cut apples or potatoes into even sticks and pat dry.
Toss sticks with salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sticks.
Coat each stick thoroughly with crushed corn flakes.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy with melted cheese inside.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
