Ingredients

  • 500 g cold apples or potatoes, cut into sticks
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 20 g fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  • Peel and cut apples or potatoes into even sticks and pat dry.
  • Toss sticks with salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sticks.
  • Coat each stick thoroughly with crushed corn flakes.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy with melted cheese inside.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
