Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Mix flour, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10–12 minutes.
  • Spread cherry filling evenly over baked crust and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Combine topping ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping over cherries and bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely before slicing into bars.
