Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit or pie dough
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk or water

Instructions

  • Mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until coated.
  • Prepare dough pieces and place filling in the center.
  • Seal dough around filling and roll into balls.
  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  • Bake at 375°F until golden and puffed.

Notes

Use cornstarch if berries are very juicy.
