Instructions
Mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until coated.
Prepare dough pieces and place filling in the center.
Seal dough around filling and roll into balls.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake at 375°F until golden and puffed.
Notes
Use cornstarch if berries are very juicy.
