Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza or biscuit dough

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Add garlic and seasonings.
  • Drain excess fat and stir in cheese until melted. Cool slightly.
  • Prepare dough and place filling in the center of each piece.
  • Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  • Bake at 375°F until golden brown.

Notes

Let filling cool slightly before assembling for best results.
