Instructions
Brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Add garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in marinara, tomato sauce, broth, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.
Add broken spaghetti, cover, and simmer until noodles are tender.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream and cheeses until creamy.
Serve hot with extra cheese and herbs if desired.
