Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth or water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Stir in marinara, tomato sauce, broth, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add broken spaghetti, cover, and simmer until noodles are tender.
  • Reduce heat and stir in sour cream and cheeses until creamy.
  • Serve hot with extra cheese and herbs if desired.
