Ingredients

Instructions
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add grated carrots, olive oil, and milk. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Divide dough into portions and roll each into a thin circle.
Sprinkle cheese over half of each circle, fold, and press edges to seal.
Cook in a heated skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Notes
Adjust milk as needed for a soft, rollable dough.
