Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Add grated carrots, olive oil, and milk. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide dough into portions and roll each into a thin circle.
  • Sprinkle cheese over half of each circle, fold, and press edges to seal.
  • Cook in a heated skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
