Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Lay 24 Ritz crackers flat-side down in the dish.
  • Tear ham slices into small pieces and place a fold of ham onto each cracker.
  • Cut Swiss cheese into small squares and place one on each ham layer. Top with another cracker to form sandwiches.
  • Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Pour evenly over sandwiches.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds and dried minced onion over the tops.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melty and crackers are golden. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best crisp texture. Substitute cheddar, provolone, or gouda as desired.
