Ingredients

  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained pineapple, diced ham, marshmallows, cheese, celery, and nuts if using.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir lightly before serving and scoop into a serving bowl. Serve chilled.

Notes

Drain pineapple well for best texture. Chill before serving so flavors meld.
