Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into sticks, soak in cold water, then drain and dry completely.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 425°F or air fry at 400°F until golden and crispy, turning halfway.
  • Serve hot with extra Parmesan and optional parsley.
