Ingredients

  • 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix hashbrowns, chicken, cheese, soup, sour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
