Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned peaches in syrup, drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, butter, and vanilla and stir until smooth.
  • Spread peaches evenly in the dish and pour batter over the top.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
