Instructions
Prepare sweet potato batter and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F until set and lightly golden, then cool slightly.
Cook minced meat with onion, garlic, and seasonings until browned.
Spread filling over the base, roll carefully, and place seam-side down.
Bake again until heated through. Rest before slicing.
Notes
Roll the base while warm to prevent cracking.
