Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix buttermilk, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add chicken breasts, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
