Instructions
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Grill until pink and cooked through.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice bread and spread garlic butter evenly on both halves.
Top bread with shredded cheese and bake until melted and bubbly.
Top cheesy bread with grilled shrimp, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp; remove from heat as soon as they turn pink.
