Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 0.25 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until evenly blended.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside.
