Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot and sauté onion until soft and translucent.
Add chopped cabbage, season lightly, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Whisk flour and salt, then combine with eggs and milk to form a thick batter.
Drop small portions of batter into gently boiling salted water and cook until they float.
Remove dumplings and gently fold them into the cooked cabbage.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Cook dumplings gently and fold them carefully into the cabbage to keep them fluffy.
