Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for about 1 hour or until fully cooked through.
Sauté mushrooms in a skillet until golden, then add cream and simmer until thick.
Rest meatloaf, slice, and pour mushroom gravy over the top.
